As far as personal projects go, it’s been slow-going in the art department for me these days…but I was able to squeeze this one in while doing some work this week! I’m so glad the inspiration hit me when it did, this look featured in RinRin Doll’s Heian-inspired Sakura Kimono Lookbook really spoke to me, Anji SALZ did an amazing job with this styling!
Though I did accidentally get a few of the details wrong, I am still very happy with how this piece came out. Thin lineart is still a challenge for me but I almost always end up liking the way it looks so much more in the end.
